Welcome to the Waltham Forest Labour Party website. The site is primarily designed to let residents know a little bit more about the local Labour Party.

It’s an honour and a privilege to be Leader of the borough where I’ve lived for thirty years and where I’ve raised a family. Like you, I want the council to be the very best in everything that we do, but to get anything done one also has to have priorities.

Mine are:

• To seek out and support our most disadvantaged residents during these difficult economic times;
• To continue to raise educational standards and provide the very best possible facilities for people to learn in;
• To improve our street scene.
